I hope the new year has treated you well so far. In this episode, me & Pez breakdown the ‘systems’ or ‘habits’ that we plan to adhere to for 2025. Setting goals is over rated. The mere utterance of what you ‘hope’ to achieve is just a dream. A meaningless announcement that holds no weight.
But if you decide upon what tangible actions or habits that you plan on sticking to for a sustained period, the goals take care of themselves.
In this episode, we touch on a few habits or means of action that we plan on sticking to. I did most of what was mentioned to an extent in 2024 but this year, we’re locking in fully and will be touching base frequently to hold each other accountable!
